The Estate · A private 200-acre wedding venue near the Delaware Water GapTwo hundred acres, and for 24 hours not one of them belongs to anyone else.
An 1811 stone mansion restored in 2008 and 2025. Thirteen suites, five ceremony sites, a pool, a jacuzzi and a view of the Delaware Water Gap.
The mansion
Built in 1811. Yours for the day.
The original stone house still has its open-hearth chef's kitchen. Around it, the estate has grown to 20,000 square feet of common rooms, guest suites and event space, wrapped in farmland and forest with the Appalachian ridge on the horizon.
Outside, the Grand Concourse spans nearly 15,000 square feet: the decorated event tent, a 20 × 40 in-ground pool, a 20-person heated jacuzzi with cascading fountains, and an outdoor fireplace and fire pit. The pool and jacuzzi are open April through November.
Signature touches
Your day, start to finish.

Bridal Suite
Your morning starts calm. The Pre-Bridal Suite opens at 9 AM, so you and your girls get early access for hair and makeup before you ever step into the main Bridal Suite. Then the Bridal Suite is yours for the full 24 hours in both packages, a short walk from every ceremony site. The morning after, breakfast in bed is on us.
Groom's Suite
His own room with his own door, so the guys aren't waiting in a parking lot for the all-clear. Stone walls and deep window light that photograph beautifully, and space to get dressed, pour a drink and stay out from underfoot. Included with the Wedding + Estate Stay.

Ceremonies
Five places to say I do, indoors and out: the top of our privately owned mountain, the wishing well, lakeside by the fountains, the Grand Lobby, or our restored barn. Wherever you choose, the chairs, the arbor and the oak-barrel decorations are all included — set up before you arrive and cleared away after. Rehearsal is free, and yes, your dog may walk the aisle.
Cocktail Hour
After the ceremony, the celebration eases into cocktail hour. Choose your setting — outdoors lakeside or on the Concourse. Lakeside opens to the rolling acreage, the fountain, the wishing well and the mountains, with high-top tables provided and a signature drink in hand while your guests mingle.

Receptions
Walk into a reception that is already done. Our professionally decorated tent is set up before you arrive: tables, chairs and tablecloths, a dance floor, your sweetheart table, DJ lighting and chandeliers overhead. Nothing to rent, haul in or hang yourself.
The Afterparty
When the last song plays, the night is just getting started. With the Wedding + Estate Stay, your closest family and friends stay overnight and the afterparty keeps going right here. A sound system wired throughout the 20,000 sq ft mansion and out across the Concourse keeps the music everywhere, while the illuminated pool, the heated jacuzzi and the fire pit glow late into the night. No cars — everyone hangs out, then wakes up together in the morning.

Guest suites
Thirteen suites. Thirty-six guests. One roof.
Every suite has its own bath, premium down bedding and a layout of its own — several with private balconies over the countryside, some with a sitting room and a deep soaking tub. With the Estate Stay all 13 rooms are yours and checkout is 11 AM; with The Wedding, rooms are add-ons your guests can book and pay for themselves.
Ceremony sites
Five places to say I do.
Every site is included, and the trolley carries your guests from the mansion to any of them.
We add sidewalls to the tent.
The reception goes on dry and warm whatever the sky does, and the Grand Lobby and the barn keep ceremonies indoors — no scramble on the day.
